One on one work and group work will be covered, along with classroom management for specific needs. Students will feel more confident to handle situations where a student or a class doing yoga needs to be aware of specific needs, including trauma informed (introduction to skills and knowledge) and how to assist children to teens with anxiety and key ideas of what it is.
